The composite vertical hi-rate sand filters are
commercial swimming pool filters that feature fiberglass composite
non-corrosive tank construction with an operating pressure of 50 psi (higher
ratings available upon request). Tank
assemblies are complete with overhead distributor, lower collection tubes,
gauge panel with two 4 ½” 0-60 psi gauges, 16” man way and face piping with
butterfly valves. This composite tank
carries a 25 year limited warranty.
Factory installed under drain system and all internal piping guaranteed
for the life of the filter. The models
include; 3”, 4”. 6”, 8” dual lever linkage model, the 3”, 4”, 6”, and 8”
automatic controls model (pneumatic).

The THS series horizontal hi-rate sand filters, is a
hi-rate commercial pool sand filter which is NSF- approved 50 psi rate tank
with flow rates of up to 535 gpm. It
exceeds typically operating pressures found in most common commercial
applications. The tank shell has a
unique and lasting composite laminate design that makes winding
unnecessary. A special coating inside
and out gives the THS filter has a smooth and attractive finish. This filter features optional automatic or
semi-automatic systems, front access man way, 6” flanged connections, self
cleaning lateral v-slots, influent manifold distribution to prevent clogging,
single bolt saddles for easy leveling and accessible drain.

in 5 NSF approved sizes with up to 27 square feet of filter area. The filter’s small footprint is ideal for
smaller equipment rooms. Models of this
type includes; THS filter – 34” d x 61” I tank, THS filter – 34” d x 84” I
tank, THS filter – 42” d x 84” I tank, THS filter – 42” d x 96” I tank. Filter options available for all models
include, single tank manifold kit, dual tank manifold kit, diaphragm valve kit
– single tank, diaphragm valve kit – dual 34” and 42” tanks, wedge anchor kit,
manual air relief kit, flow meter saddle kit, temperature probe kit, single

Semi commercial san filters with flanged fitting is a
pool filter which features a special lateral design that provides flow and long
filtering cycles and 3” flanged connections that allow for higher flow
requirements and multiple filter systems.
Tank is made of a strong fiberglass with a patented UV-resistant glass
look finish. The Triton C series hi-rate
sand filter is a unique, patented processed one-piece, fiberglass reinforced
plastic filter that are designed for maximum operation pressure of 50 psi. A special internal design levels the sand bed
and produces an even water flow. These
filters feature 2” threaded bulkhead fittings and include a manual air relief
valve, pressure gauge and 2” drain for winterization.
